Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and business intelligence solutions.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective reporting and QA strategies.
- Design comprehensive test cases and test scenarios from requirements through final validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of relevant experience in Power BI development or senior QA, with strong enterprise experience; current banking-sector experience preferred for QA.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current or recent banking/financial services experience, particularly for QA candidates.
- Strong experience designing test cases and test scenarios end-to-end rather than performing only execution-based testing.
- Experience working with commercial enterprise teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
