Job Title: IT Facilities And Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $84.89hr - $88.89hr

Lead and manage large-scale IT facilities and infrastructure projects across corporate and manufacturing environments.
Oversee structured cabling, network infrastructure, audio visual systems, and related technologies.
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide strategic input into project planning, roadmaps, and execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop dashboards and reporting to provide insights to leadership and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum 12 years of experience in IT facilities and infrastructure project management.
Strong experience in low voltage cabling, network infrastructure, and audio visual implementations.
Experience managing MDF and IDF design and implementation.
Experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN, and DAS implementations.
Strong vendor and budget management experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate project planning sessions and team meetings.
Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Develop dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
Support deployment and adoption of project management tools.
Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Should Have:

PMP or Agile certification.
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or Slack.
Ability to create dashboards and visual reports using various tools.
Experience in high-paced and dynamic work environments.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience considered.
