Key requirements:

• 11 years of program and project management experience required, including large-scale website or CMS transition and migration.

• Working knowledge of Drupal and content migration practices, multi-stakeholder government, or enterprise portfolios.

• PMP preferred, prior government experience preferred

• Support web team to manage a portfolio of concurrent initiatives across more than 100 agency websites. The largest is the dc.gov redesign, which includes design implementation, content migration, agency-wide launch, and integration of AI-powered search.

• This master-level program manager brings structure, visibility, and accountability across the full portfolio, establishing a portfolio-wide tracking system covering RAID logs, milestone schedules, and dashboards, and running a recurring status reporting cadence for leadership.

• The role partners with subject matter experts to define scope, advises on vendor scoping and deliverables including statements of work and acceptance criteria, and tracks risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
