Director, Channel Marketing – Workers’ Compensation
Location: Remote (United States)
Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 base + bonus potential
Innovar Group is partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare solutions organization seeking a Director of Channel Marketing to lead strategy and growth across the Workers’ Compensation market segment. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for shaping national go-to-market strategy, strengthening payer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through targeted campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead national marketing strategy focused on the Workers’ Compensation ecosystem
- Develop messaging aligned to insurers, TPAs, case managers, employers, and occupational health providers
- Partner with Sales and Market Access teams to expand channel engagement and support key accounts
- Build targeted campaigns across digital, field, and account-based channels
- Support regional sales teams with segment-specific positioning and tools
- Monitor reimbursement trends, utilization patterns, and regulatory dynamics impacting the WC market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, compliance, revenue cycle, and payer strategy teams
What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years of healthcare or medical-device marketing leadership experience
- Strong experience supporting Workers’ Compensation payers, TPAs, or occupational health stakeholders
- Background working in reimbursement-driven environments
- Ability to translate market risk and policy changes into actionable strategy
- Proven success driving channel-specific growth initiatives
