Job Summary:
The Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions using ServiceNow (SNOW) and JavaScript technologies. This position is essential for ensuring that product and sustenance deliveries align with defined standards and client expectations while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect And Design Solutions Leveraging Snow Admin/Support And JavaScript To Ensure Effective Product And Sustenance Delivery While Adhering To Industry Standards.
2. Provide Training And Mentorship To Team Members On Snow And JavaScript, Ensuring A Robust Talent Pipeline And Minimizing Delivery Risks.
3. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions Using Rest/Soap Apis And AngularJS, Enhancing The Overall User Experience And Functionality.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement By Exploring And Implementing New Technologies In The Architecture Space, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Current, High-Quality, And Aligned With Client Requirements.

Skill Requirements:
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Snow Admin/Support And JavaScript With A Solid Understanding Of Rest/Soap Apis And AngularJS.
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Conceptualize And Implement Architectural Designs.
3. Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Gather Requirements And Convey Technical Concepts.
