Job Description:

·        Provide technical support and solutions for enterprise-level applications and systems.

·        Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

·        Design, develop, configure, test, and implement application components.

·        Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.

·        Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders.

·        Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

·        Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and support procedures.

·        Ensure solutions follow organizational security, quality, and development standards.

·        Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

·        Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, code reviews, testing, and release activities.

·        Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills:

·        Strong software development and troubleshooting experience.

·        Experience with enterprise applications and system integration.

·        Knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, and web technologies.

·        Experience with version control and software development tools.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
