UKG PROWFM Consultant with BOOMI Integration

Job Title: UKG ProWFM Consultant with BOOMI Integration
Location: 100% Remote (Camera must be ON)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UKG ProWFM Consultant with strong expertise in Dell Boomi integration. This role involves configuration, integration, testing, and support of UKG Pro Workforce Management systems along with SAP integrations.
 

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM / Workforce Central) including:

  • Time & Attendance

  • Pay Rules and Work Rules

  • Accruals and Absence Management

  • Holiday and Scheduling

• 5+ years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)

• 5+ years of experience with Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) including:

  • Interface design and development

  • Data mapping and transformations

  • Error handling, logging, and monitoring

• Strong experience integrating ProWFM with SAP HR, SAP Payroll, and SAP Finance

• Experience supporting payroll-to-finance posting

• Strong experience with end-to-end testing and validation

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting

• Experience with file-based and API integrations (CSV, XML, SFTP, REST)

• Working knowledge of JIRA

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of UKG ProWFM architecture and integration patterns

• Experience with complex payroll environments

• Ability to analyze end-to-end data flows (time → payroll → finance)

• Strong collaboration skills with Finance, Payroll, HR, and SAP teams

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP testing cycles and regression testing

• Exposure to ATDA, Yardmasters, or similar workforce groups

• Experience with additional UKG modules (Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, etc.)

• Experience in large enterprise environments

• Experience with integration documentation and runbooks

• Exposure to production cutover and stabilization support

Role Focus:

• Provide configuration, integration, and technical support for UKG ProWFM

• Support testing, validation, and stabilization activities including payroll and finance posting
