Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Massachusetts. Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with business and technical teams to understand project requirements.
Perform basic data analysis using Excel and SQL.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Assist with data validation and quality checks.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test results.
Track project requirements, issues, and action items.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Support senior Business Analysts and project teams with day-to-day analysis activities.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
Understanding of business requirements and process documentation.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
