Experience is required in supporting supply chain, warehousing, distribution, logistics, inventory, or aftermarket business processes. Candidates should have experience supporting production operations, incident triage, and change implementation in complex enterprise environments.

Technical Skills: Experience working in mainframe-supported environments, including collaboration with teams supporting technologies such as COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL), IBM Db2, and IMS. This includes experience with batch processing and file-based integrations.

Preferred Qualifications
