Our client seeks a senior full stack engineer to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. The role blends full stack development, AI engineering, and internal consulting to design secure, scalable solutions and guide teams on effective AI use. You will operate in a fast, project-based environment with Python and React while remaining language-agnostic, emphasizing architecture, security, and cloud-native design.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Build and integrate agentic systems powered by modern LLM and GenAI technologies.
  • Partner with AI engineers to convert AI capabilities into production-ready enterprise solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using contemporary AI frameworks.
  • Integrate GenAI models into full-stack applications and internal workflows.
  • Collaborate on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of generative outputs.
  • Develop reusable components and services for multi-agent orchestration and task automation.
  • Optimize AI inference pipelines for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and influence the technical roadmap.
  • Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications with Python and React while remaining language-agnostic.
  • Architect secure, scalable systems with emphasis on security, compliance, and best practices.
  • Support existing AI-enabled products and implement new AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide internal consulting to help teams adopt AI effectively.
  • Evaluate AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude, and guide teams on effective usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly scope, prototype, and deliver solutions.
  • Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce risk, or enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory expectations, including in financial services environments.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of full stack development with modern languages such as Java, Python, or .NET/C#.
  • 2+ years of hands-on AI development, including integrating LLMs or using AI to accelerate delivery.
  • Experience with Python and React.
  • Strong foundation in system architecture, security and compliance, and cloud-native design (AWS preferred).
  • Experience guiding teams in AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and AWS Bedrock.
  • Understanding of Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and production-grade GenAI deployment practices.
  • Hands-on data processing and AI-enabled workflows in Python, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment.
  • Knowledge of AI observability, model monitoring, and cost optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services or other complex, regulated domains (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern AI development patterns, retrieval pipelines, and vector databases (preferred).
  • Prior experience in consulting, internal enablement, or cross-functional evangelism (preferred).
