Position Overview
8+ years experience, senior-level developer who independently performs complex tasks, may lead others with wide creativity/latitude. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support ERP applications. Ensures software integration into ERP systems and maintains technical documentation.
Critical Role: Analyze legacy .NET framework system, reverse-engineer business logic, extract critical data for PeopleSoft Financials migration. Perform standard PeopleSoft development with strong communication skills to document/explain legacy logic to project team/stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy .NET system (C#, VB.NET, SQL Server stored procedures), reverse-engineer business logic
- Extract critical data for complex legacy-to-PeopleSoft migrations
- Standard PeopleSoft Financials development using PeopleTools 8.59+
- Standard SDLC tasks (coding, testing, debugging, documentation)
- Communicate legacy logic to project team/stakeholders
- Support integration into Oracle database environment
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years (at least 2 years) Development experience with PeopleTools.
- 8+ years (at least 2 years) Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher.
- 8+ years (at least 2 years) Experience with advanced Oracle database.
- 8+ years Ability to read/interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.
- 8+ years (at least 2 years) Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal/State/Local Government).
- 2+ years Experience working with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
- 2+ years Experience with Jira.
- 1+ year Experience working with Scrum framework.
