Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in User Experience design for web-based applications.
Proficiency in creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Experience with designing compliant web interfaces per WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
Experience in information architecture and designing intuitive complex navigation flows.
Experience with Agile development environments and participating in design sprint iterations.
Experience in conducting user research, persona development, and usability testing analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive public-facing websites and robust back-office system functionalities.
Lead user research activities including interviews to validate design assumptions and pain points.
Develop interactive prototypes and annotated specifications for developer handoffs.
Ensure all interface designs comply with universal design principles and accessibility guidelines.
Collaborate with product owners in daily stand-ups to iteratively refine design artifacts.
Audit existing application screens to ensure brand consistency and inclusive design.
Present bi-weekly design concepts and research findings to project stakeholders.
