The Ads Product team combines creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to shape product vision across the client's Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers collaborate to build innovative products and experiences that improve the performance of client s advertising platform and drive measurable value for customers.

What You ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary Marketing Science Lead for client s large Mobility (Travel & Auto) advertisers.
  • Drive performance improvement across top advertisers through learning agendas, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution prototyping.
  • Lead measurement, research, and learning plans aligned to client media objectives and long-term partnership growth.
  • Develop strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for ads measurement and insights products within your vertical.
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Engineering to support product development, targeting, performance goals, testing, analysis, reporting, and adoption tracking.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to prototype and scale new measurement solutions for the broader Marketing Science organization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of ads performance data to identify key drivers within the Mobility vertical.
  • Address acute performance challenges with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build measurement capability and advocacy across your vertical and with cross-functional stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong ability to structure analyses and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Clear, concise communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of ads measurement concepts, statistical foundations, and efficacy solutions.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: conversion lift, brand lift, web DR, MMPs, SKAN, or econometric modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion lift measurement.
  • Strong foundation in applied statistics, including sampling methods, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data mining.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical tools such as SQL, R, and Python.
  • Ability to access, analyze, interpret, and communicate ads performance insights using modern data science tools.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem, particularly within Mobility (Travel & Auto).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative or business field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research organization.
  • Experience in marketing science, product strategy, ads measurement, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • Direct experience working with top performance or brand advertisers.
  • Experience measuring ads performance across Brand, Web DR, App, and/or DPA verticals.
  • Proven ability to build and influence client relationships and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
