GEA Refrigeration North America, Inc., an industrial refrigeration manufacturer headquartered in York, PA, is searching for an Electrical Project Engineer - Control Systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test configurations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Configure programs for control of industrial refrigeration equipment.
  • Work to refine contract details.
  • Oversee the creation of electrical contract drawings.
  • Write manuals explaining the configured control logic.
  • Provide start up support for executed contracts.
  • Ability to share productivity enhancements found with other Project Engineers.

Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field highly preferred. Participation in Internship or Co-op program preferred.
  • 0-5 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, panel building, electrical drafting, PLC programming, and/or VBA scripting is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word

Experience/Exposure to the following is preferred:
  • Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Standard Controllers, RSLogix 5000 programming software
  • AutoCAD
  • Ethernet/RS-485 communications
  • XML/VB/PLC/SCADA
  • Discrete Logic Programming

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $81,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
