Enterprise Systems Specialist will lead the administration and optimization of our ERP and CRM platforms. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between business operations and technology. The Role will configure, maintain, develop, and leverage our ERP and associated tools to support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical capabilities, a history of process improvement, and a passion for using technology to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the company s ERP, CRM, and Enterprise reporting systems.
  • Configure, maintain applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Provide development using Python, Power BI, and Fabric, for interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems.
  • Assist with data integrity, migration, and integration between applications and other business tools.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field. Proven experience in place of education is acceptable.
  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
  • 3+ years Python, C#, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a challenging environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Odoo for open-source ERP and CRM solutions.
  • Smartsheet for project and workflow management.
