Summary

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, or Data Studio).
Experience with CMS platforms, data visualization, and dashboarding.
Experience with SEO principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Translate stakeholder requirements into functional UI deliverables and designs.
Design and develop intuitive, responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks.
Implement and maintain tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, or Hotjar).
Analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven UX improvements.
Generate reports and insights for conversion rate optimization and SEO scores.
Conduct A/B testing to validate design and content decisions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
