About the Role
Our client, a global leader in sanitation, food safety, and operational solutions, is seeking an Associate Master Data Analyst to support its quick service and food retail sales divisions. This role serves as a critical liaison between field operations and internal data teams, helping ensure accurate customer data, efficient processes, and strong support for both existing and new customer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Job Description
The Associate Master Data Analyst provides day-to-day support to sales teams by managing customer data, generating reporting insights, and ensuring alignment across systems and territories. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting onboarding efforts, and enabling smooth communication between field teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain customer data through system processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with data management teams to ensure consistency across platforms (including ERP systems)
  • Generate and distribute reporting to support field operations and identify gaps
  • Support territory alignment updates in partnership with internal teams
  • Compile service performance and completion reports for customers
  • Fulfill ad hoc data requests and provide analysis to support business decisions
  • Build cross-functional relationships with teams including sales, operations, finance, marketing, and digital solutions
  • Assist account managers in supporting key customer relationships
  • Ensure accurate data to support installation and service execution processes

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or call center environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with data systems or ERP platforms (including SAP)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with large datasets or customer reporting
  • Experience with SAP and ITSM systems
  • Familiarity with quick service restaurant (QSR) or food retail industry operations
  • Experience working with or maintaining master data
  • Demonstrated ability to present to medium or large groups
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
