Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid -2/3 days office per week -Must be local to Seattle/Redmond )

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Note : The ideal candidates should have e-commerce experience, the ability to use AI tools, and strong design thinking abilities. The customer needs a robust portfolio for the individuals we are shortlisting, and it should demonstrate their design thinking and design process.

 

The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute to innovative, user-centered design solutions for our eCommerce platform. You will deliver exceptional experience design by utilizing design thinking and data-driven strategies to create intuitive, high-impact solutions that continuously evolve in response to shifting business priorities and customer expectations.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, engineering, and product. You’ll help create consistency and excellence across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

-        Lead UX research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations that inform design decisions

-        Apply design thinking and other frameworks to drive innovation, solve real customer problems, and influence business outcomes.

-        Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate and validate design ideas.

-        Optimize conversion rates using A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral insights.

-        Present design concepts and rationale through storytelling and data.

-        Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs.

-        Stay current with UX trends, tools, and technologies—especially AI.

-        Champion inclusive design by adhering to WCAG standards and designing for diverse users.

 

Qualifications:

-        Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years’ experience working in product or service design

-        4+ years of experience with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.

 

Preferred Qualifications

-        8+ years of professional experience in UX design

-        Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture

-        Proven track record of designing and shipping impactful eCommerce experiences at scale.

-        Organized, curious, and collaborative—thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

-        Self-directed, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

-        Excellent communication and storytelling skills
