Benchling Technical Consultant (With Development Experience)

·       In-depth understanding of process flows within Benchling objects/modules
·       Detailed understanding of Benchling LIMS solution architecture and functionality.
·       Good understanding on the modules like: Core Platforms, Dev Platforms, Insights Dashboards, Inventory, Notebook, Registry, Schemas and Workflows
·       Strong hands-on experience in Benchling LIMS with deep knowledge of configuration and customization and enhancing existing Workflows, Insight Dashboards, Inventory, different types of Schemas, Projects, Teams, Report Templates and setting up organizations
·       Candidate should have experience in periodic release, user access management and performing risk assessment
·       Very good understanding of access, security, permissions within the Benchling console
·       Must be able to provide subject matter expertise on functional aspects of Benchling solutions and address business challenges effectively
·       Hands-on experience in developing new features and functionalities
·       Benchling platform certified (Admin or Specialist certification preferred)
·       Strong debugging skills to analyze resolve defects/bugs/issues
·       Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
·       Ability to author/review GxP validation documentation for projects and minor enhancements
