Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Redpoint Developer to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, personalization, and marketing data management in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize omnichannel campaigns using Redpoint Interaction (RPI).
  • Build and manage customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies using RPDM.
  • Create and monitor customer journeys, workflows, and campaign automations.
  • Schedule and manage integrations between RPI and RPDM.
  • Perform A/B testing, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with marketing and data teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Required Skills

  • Redpoint Interaction (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle and data segmentation logic.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Experience with Amazon Redshift.
