Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Modeler / Data Engineer with strong ETL and Informatica expertise to support enterprise analytics in a Healthcare Insurance environment. This role combines data engineering, modeling, and analytics responsibilities, with a focus on source‑to‑target mapping, data quality, and cloud-enabled data solutions.


Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and data storage solutions
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance across the data lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC
  • Create and manage complex SQL and Oracle PL/SQL scripts for data transformation and reporting
  • Monitor and optimize ETL and data system performance
  • Support deployment and maintenance of cloud-based data infrastructure

Data Analysis & BI Responsibilities

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and produce actionable insights
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Support business intelligence initiatives
  • Automate data workflows using Python or R
  • Translate data findings into business recommendations
  • Document data processes and contribute to data governance standards

Advanced Analytics (Preferred)

  • Apply AI and Machine Learning techniques for predictive analytics
  • Build and deploy models using:
    • TensorFlow
    • Azure Machine Learning
    • scikit‑learn
    • PyTorch

Additional Notes

  • Hybrid role: 3 days onsite per week
