Role Summary

We are seeking a Learning Technology & AI Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert across learning technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled learning solutions. This role owns the learning technology ecosystem and drives scalable, data-informed, and innovative learning solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and learner experience.

The ideal candidate blends deep learning-technology expertise with practical experience applying AI responsibly to real business and learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Technology Strategy & Governance

• Provide strategic oversight for learning technologies across LMS, LXP, LRS, and authoring tools
• Evaluate platform performance, adoption, and data quality to drive continuous improvement
• Establish standards, documentation, and enablement resources for enterprise learning tools
• Identify, measure, and mitigate risks associated with learning technologies in alignment with compliance policies

AI-Enabled Learning Solutions

• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, ethical, value-driven learning solutions
• Establish guardrails for responsible AI use, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and explainability
• Reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery through automation and AI enablement

Vendor & Platform Management

• Evaluate, select, and manage learning technology vendors
• Influence platform roadmaps to align with enterprise learning needs
• Optimize learning platform ecosystems to support scalability and reliability

Consulting & Enablement

• Act as a consultative partner to Learning Enablement, Sales Enablement, Leadership Development, and other stakeholders
• Recommend appropriate technologies and AI approaches based on business needs-not trends
• Build learning team capability in learning technology fluency, analytics literacy, and AI awareness

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning technology, instructional design, information systems, or related field
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise learning platforms and learning technology strategy
• Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP ecosystems, SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
• Experience evaluating and implementing learning technologies, including AI-enabled tools
• Proven ability to translate business and learning needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep expertise in enterprise learning technologies (LMS, LXP, LRS, authoring tools)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Workday or Cornerstone, Degreed or EdCast, NovoEd, Articulate/Rise
• Experience designing and governing digital learning content (taxonomy, metadata, tagging, lifecycle)
• Practical experience applying AI to learning use cases (content generation, recommendations, search, analytics, automation)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams using a consultative approach
• Experience deploying learning solutions to diverse audiences, including deskless and frontline workers
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

• Scalable, reliable learning platforms with strong adoption and data integrity
• Reduced manual effort through automation and AI
• Successful adoption of innovative learning technologies aligned to enterprise needs
• Effective use of a centralized Learning Record Store (LRS) to reduce fragmented tracking
