Job Title: SAP CFIN & CO Consultant
Location: Franklin TN (Remote with Occasional Travel required)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP CFIN & CO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and support of financial processes within SAP S/4HANA Central Finance landscape.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
Lead or support implementation of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance solutions.
Configure and support Central Finance components including:
SLT replication
AIF (Application Interface Framework)
Initial load & real-time replication
Mapping of company codes, cost centres, profit centres, GL accounts
Perform system integration between source ERP systems and Central Finance.
Manage error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation processes.
Support FI postings replication (AP, AR, GL, AA).
🔹 SAP Controlling (CO)
Configure and support core CO modules:
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders (IO)
Product Costing (PC)
COPA (Account-based & Costing-based)
Support period-end closing activities.
Design allocation cycles, assessments, and settlements.
Work on planning, budgeting, and reporting solutions.
Integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of SAP FICO experience.
2+ years of experience in Central Finance implementation/support.
Strong knowledge of:
GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
Costing & profitability analysis
Intercompany processes
Hands-on experience with:
SLT configuration
AIF error handling
MDG integration (preferred)
Good understanding of:
Data migration concepts
Financial closing & consolidation
Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in multi-country/global rollout projects.
Knowledge of Group Reporting or consolidation.
Exposure to FSCM is a plus.
