What You\'ll Do

No two days are the same! You\'ll work alongside experienced installers to help bring comfort to homes throughout our community by:

• Assisting with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials to job sites.
• Preparing work areas and keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Learning installation techniques from experienced Lead Installers.
• Using hand and power tools to drill, cut, assemble, and install equipment.
• Assisting with basic electrical and mechanical connections under supervision.
• Caring for company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Following all safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Providing friendly, professional service while working in customers\' homes.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Construction or HVAC experience is a plus?but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning a skilled trade.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to grow.
• Team player who enjoys working outdoors and in different environments.
• Valid driver\'s license preferred.

What the Job Requires

This is an active, hands-on position where you\'ll stay moving throughout the day.

• Lift and carry 50?75 pounds regularly.
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces.
• Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work with tools for extended periods.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime available during busy seasons
