Technical Analyst Job Description :

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot item-related issues across ERP systems and integrated platforms (e.g., PDH, PLM).
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment activities during ERP upgrades or implementations.
  • Participate in UAT, system testing, and production deployments related to item data changes.
  • Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • No of yrs experience : 4+yrs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with hands-on ERP experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts, including attributes and categories.
  • Experience with Oracle R12, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Product Data Hub (PDH), PLM, or MDM systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL and PLSQL
  • Strong expertise on the Excel and other Microsoft tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
