Senior AI Delivery Lead

ole Summary
A business-facing, technically strong AI leader responsible for moving opportunities from business problem through solution, adoption and measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a traditional project-management role.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and Product leaders to discover and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
Understand existing processes and define practical AI-enabled workflows.
Break large transformation opportunities into smaller, executable use cases.
Define success measures and expected business outcomes upfront.
Coordinate business, Product, Engineering, Data and Security through delivery.
Work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineer and offshore AI engineers to rapidly deliver solutions.
Drive user adoption, measure outcomes and identify opportunities to scale successful patterns.
Help establish the AI Center of Excellence playbook and operating model.

Experience
Experience delivering AI, digital transformation or automation initiatives.
Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic solutions; capable of prototyping and working directly with engineers.
Strong product thinking and business-process analysis skills.
Comfortable working with senior business stakeholders and translating between business and technology.
Proven ability to take ambiguous opportunities from discovery through measurable delivery.
