As a Cellular System Engineer, you will be responsible for the pre- and post-silicon bring up, and validation of end-to-end cellular systems. You will understand and map systems algorithms and requirements to HW/FW architecture, simulation and emulation based validation of the control flows and algorithms.
BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.\n\nStrong understanding of communication theory and signal processing, A beamforming, Tx power control, mitigation of radio impairments, and calibration algorithms.\n\nStrong experience with Matlab, Python, and C/C++ and efficient analysis and automation scripting.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written & verbal especially in a multi-functional environment.\n\nDemonstrate strong clarity of thought and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
MSEE or beyond is preferred.\n\nExperience in the design and bringup of wireless communication systems with expertise in cellular systems preferred.\n\nStrong technical background in 5G-NR/LTE/UMTS (3G/2G) physical layer and protocols.\n\nHands-on experience in applying AI/ML techniques on real-world data sets to tackle sophisticated engineering problems.\n\nExperience with silicon prototyping, emulation systems, and virtual platforms is a plus.\n\nHands-on experience in the bring up of real silicon in the lab. Ability to efficiently use lab equipment (such as spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter, etc).
