Summary

Requirements
  • 4 or more years of experience in enterprise workstation installation, network hardware configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory user administration.
  • Experience with enterprise laptop deployments, docking station configurations, and multifunction print devices.
  • Experience in installing low-voltage network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) and structural cable terminations.
  • Experience with unified mobile device management (MDM) consoles and enterprise iOS provisioning.
  • Experience with Remedy ticketing software and Cisco VPN configuration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise workstation hardware, laptops, docking stations, and printing peripherals.
  • Resolve Tier 2 support tickets both on-site and remotely utilizing remote control and system management software.
  • Install and repair hardware components including workstation memory modules, storage drives, and input/output cards.
  • Configure and manage enterprise mobile assets including iOS smartphones and tablets via mobile device management systems.
  • Lay and terminate network communication drops utilizing Cat5e and Cat6 cabling protocols.
  • Monitor operating system deployments, run workstation compliance audits, and deploy system images using enterprise management systems.
  • Maintain complete inventory records and update enterprise asset databases to track equipment transfers.
