Databricks Service Lead (Service Manager)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customer management, ensuring their needs and priorities are addressed effectively.

• Manage escalation processes to quickly address and resolve any urgent issues.
• Provide application support and oversee service delivery management in a collaborative setting.

Skills

• Proficiency in AWS Databricks and Pyspark, ensuring effective data management and processing.
• Experience in Databricks job ingestion and using Scala for scalable data solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles for seamless service delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the AWS environment to optimize cloud-based operations.
• Experience in managing client stakeholder relationships to foster positive interactions and outcomes.
