Job Title: Actimize SAM & Data SME / Technical Business Analyst

Location: NYC, NY - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets.
Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize SAM implementation, migration, enhancement, or support.
Strong expertise in AML, Transaction Monitoring, Suspicious Activity Monitoring, and Financial Crimes Compliance.
Hands-on experience with Advanced SQL including complex queries, joins, reconciliation, and data validation.
Strong programming experience in Python for data analysis, profiling, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
Experience analyzing large-scale financial transaction datasets.
Strong understanding of SAR, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions Screening, and Regulatory Compliance.
Experience with data mapping, source-to-target analysis, data lineage, and data quality validation.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, parallel run testing, and production readiness.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with Compliance, AML Operations, Technology, Model Risk, and Vendor teams.
