Job Overview:



  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Systems Analyst / Technical Services Admin to support Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations.

  • This role focuses on data analytics, ERP systems, and process automation, helping improve efficiency, reporting, and system performance across finance operations.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong experience with SAP (ECC/SRM) or similar ERP systems

  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx and/or RPA tools

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, automation)

  • Experience with reporting tools/business intelligence platforms

  • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with ERP implementations or system migrations

  • Knowledge of Ariba or procurement platforms

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)

  • Exposure to data integration and system workflows.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain productivity metrics and dashboards for leadership using ERP and reporting tools

  • Build and optimize data workflows and automation using tools like Alteryx and RPA

  • Generate ad hoc reports from multiple systems (SAP, Ariba, and other PTP-related platforms)

  • Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and issue resolution

  • Support ERP system testing, including writing test scripts and validating results

  • Act as a technical admin for procurement systems (e.g., Ariba), including configuration, reporting, and support

  • Monitor and resolve integration issues across finance systems

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities

  • Assist in ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

  • Facilitate discussions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

  • Train internal teams and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for key systems and processes
