Position SummarySamsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected UNDERGRAD OR GRAD (based on HM request) students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7.
Eligible students will be seniors or entry level candidates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered.

Role and ResponsibilitiesAbout the TeamThe Systems and Support team drives efficiency and innovation in network management. We are a collaborative and dynamic team passionate about harnessing data-driven insights to optimize network performance and customer experience. We maintain multiple systems, including ticket management, to ensure seamless network operations.
RoleAs a Data Analyst Intern, you will work on high-impact projects, including:
- Analyzing network data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Create ETL's using python/SQL.
- Developing reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Supporting the Agentic AI System, our AI-driven network troubleshooting solution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network challenges.
- Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our ticket management and other operational systems.
- Gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge data analytics tools and technologies.
- Having the opportunity to make a real impact on Samsung's network infrastructure.
- Working in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
QualificationsEducation:- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
- Preferred academic fields of study: Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics or any related Engineering field.
- Rising Seniors or Recent Grads strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:- Experience with Data Analysis. Python is strongly preferred.
- Ability to create Dashboards and Reports.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, Unix OS, and Bash scripting.
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions.
- Additional Preferences:
- Experience building ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load).
- Good knowledge of systems and tickets.
Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership ability to guide teams and drive projects to a successful outcome.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Fosters onsite collaboration.
