Responsibilities Internship Summary - ServiceNow & Data Integrity: Perform constant maintenance of ServiceNow Program and Project (PRJ) records, ensuring project health and status updates are accurate.
- Meeting Management: Own the end-to-end meeting lifecycle-from scheduling via Google Calendar to capturing accurate minutes and distributing follow-up actions to buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.
- Resource & Timeline Support: Utilize Smartsheet to update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and import critical data into ServiceNow to keep timelines on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between the PMO and various technical teams (such as Core Tech and EA&P) to ensure follow-ups are completed and dependencies are tracked.
- Project Documentation: Assist in the creation and organization of Scope Documents and program deliverables.
- Research and Data Gathering: Conduct research and data gathering for key initiatives to support cost reduction and market expansion goals.
- Shadowing and Learning: Shadow employees to understand different roles in the organization and gain familiarity with different healthcare IT systems.
- Issue Support: Support issue escalation and resolution by collaborating with technical resources.
RequirementsEducation:
- High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
Additional Preferences Preferred Education - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or Project Management.
Preferred Competencies - Communication & Emotional Intelligence: Clear communicator who can navigate professional relationships with various stakeholders.
- Organization and Agility: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Office tools (meetings, slides, spreadsheets) and managing professional calendars.
- Administrative Speed: Ability to type quickly and accurately to capture detailed meeting minutes in real-time.
- Tool Familiarity: Experience or a strong willingness to learn ServiceNow and Smartsheet.
- Analytical Skills: Practical analytical skills, including familiarity with spreadsheet formulas and pivot tables.
