Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a long-term technology procurement initiative in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, technical documentation, vendor evaluation, and technology procurement.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
· Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions.
· Review technical documents, solution architectures, and vendor proposals.
· Develop functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
· Support RFI/RFP procurement activities and vendor evaluations.
· Identify risks, gaps, and compliance issues.
· Collaborate with business, architecture, security, procurement, and vendor teams.
Required Skills
· Senior Technical Business Analyst experience.
· Requirements gathering and documentation.
· Technical documentation and solution analysis.
· Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
· Vendor evaluation and technology procurement.
· Strong communication and technical writing skills.
· Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes is preferred.
