Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with expertise in Informatica Data Quality to lead data quality initiatives within the Informatica PIM domain

Job Description          

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data quality solutions using Informatica Data Quality tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with data governance and best practices
• Drive data quality assessments and implement corrective measures to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on Informatica Data Quality processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize data quality workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Informatica Data Quality and related technologies

Roles and Responsibilities          

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica Data Quality projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Define data quality metrics, standards, and policies aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee data profiling, cleansing, matching and monitoring activities to maintain high data integrity
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to design scalable and robust data quality frameworks
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to upskill team members.
• Manage stakeholder communications by providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Participate in strategic planning for data management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements across all data quality processes.
