Summary
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
Strong expertise in electronic component engineering, including datasheets, component selection/qualification, and lifecycle management.
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design using Altium, Cadence OrCAD, or similar tools.
Knowledge of electromechanical CAD/3D modeling, embedded systems, and hardware/firmware integration.
Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, Fishbone, and 5-Why quality methodologies.
Knowledge of IPC standards including IPC-2221/2222, IPC-A-610, IPC-7351, and IPC J-STD-001.
Experience with PLM/PDM, change management, DFM, and DFT processes.
Consumer electronics, wearables, and NPI experience strongly preferred.
