We are looking for a ServiceNow FSO Architect with strong experience in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) and the banking domain. The candidate will lead the architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow FSO implementations

• Design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions

• Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions

• Configure and customize workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and integrations

• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub

• Work with business, development, and QA teams

• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance

• Ensure platform performance, governance, and security

• Support Agile/Scrum delivery

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture/development

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSO

• Strong Banking domain experience (mandatory)

• Experience with:

  • ServiceNow Platform

  • FSO Module

  • ITSM / CSM

  • Flow Designer

  • IntegrationHub

  • JavaScript & Glide APIs

  • REST/SOAP APIs

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow CSA Certification

• CIS-FSO Certification
