Role Overview

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Functional Order Management Lead Analyst to support Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations, specifically Order Management and Order Fulfillment, as part of acquisition integration efforts.

This is a purely functional role no development or technical build work. The selected candidate will work closely with legacy business SMEs to integrate acquired business processes into the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with primary focus on Order Management and Fulfillment.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze current workflows.
• Align legacy processes with Oracle Fusion Order Management capabilities.
• Perform gap analysis and design future-state functional solutions.
• Lead functional configuration and support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with trade/export requirements (E2Open related processes).
• Help integrate acquired business operations into Oracle Fusion Order Management.
• Document end-to-end OTC processes and drive process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of strong functional experience in Order Fulfillment / Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management & Pricing
• Experience with E2Open (Trade Automation / Export Documentation)
• Strong stakeholder-facing experience working with business users
• Experience in business process analysis and documentation

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• IMI AOM (Advanced Order Management) exposure
• Experience in acquisition integration projects
• Strong background in end-to-end OTC transformation
