Oracle Engineer

6-9 years of professional experience with hands on experience.

Desired Skills/Experience

Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning

Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration

Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.

Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis

Experience on Oracle Journeys

Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System

Nice to Have

Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.

Experience on Documentum

Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle.

Knowledge on LLM's

Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
