About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead execution across a multi-product engineering organization. This role is highly visible and will partner closely with executive leadership to scale delivery, improve transparency, and drive operational excellence across four product lines: Desktop, Online, Mobile, and AI Platform.
You will sit at the center of a 70+ person engineering org, bringing structure, insight, and rigor to how programs are delivered.
What You Will Own
- Lead program execution across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment, predictability, and delivery at scale
- Own and optimize Jira across teams, building scalable workflows and standards that drive consistency
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical paths across concurrent initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Infrastructure leaders
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting across key engineering metrics including velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency, MTTR, and sprint predictability
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to executive leadership on program health, delivery progress, and productivity trends
- Champion Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices across the organization
- Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for the CTO, CEO, and Board
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and data-driven decision-making
- Mentor and develop TPM talent while strengthening collaboration across teams
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management with 3 to 5 years leading enterprise-scale programs across 50+ engineers
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments, ideally within high-growth or top-tier tech companies
- Deep expertise with Jira administration, workflow design, and scaling program tooling
- Strong experience with Confluence, Slack, GitHub or GitLab, and modern development ecosystems
- Proven ability to build executive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong command of engineering metrics, program analytics, and data visualization
- Solid technical foundation across Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and release management
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence at the senior leadership level
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Demonstrated bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments
Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling TPM functions
- Experience with OKRs, DORA metrics, or engineering performance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
