Summary
- 5 or more years of experience in Windows OS and Office 365 enterprise administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory for user provisioning, resource account modification, and distribution list management.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) for enterprise workstation imaging and software deployment.
- Experience in ServiceNow for incident management, ticket escalation, and IT asset tracking.

- Deploy, configure, and test desktop hardware, specialized software applications, and network connectivity components.
- Execute automated workstation imaging and hardware distribution utilizing enterprise deployment tools.
- Research and recommend modern infrastructure technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to facilitate onsite hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical logs and documentation for system changes and asset management activities.
