In the  Gen AI Engineer IA / ML role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including intelligent agents, machine learning pipelines, and virtual assistants focused on real-time interaction and personalization.
• Build machine learning models and algorithms that enable capabilities such as classification, recommendation, optimization, predictive analytics, and personalization.
• Integrate AI/ML features into existing applications using scalable technologies, RESTful APIs, cloud services, and modern architectural practices.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model tuning to support accurate and high-performance AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Research and apply emerging AI trends, including Generative AI, to suggest innovative uses and technical enhancements.
• Implement quality and compliance standards to ensure ethical AI usage, model transparency, data privacy, and responsible deployment.
• Utilize AI-driven technologies to enhance user experience, performance efficiency, and decision-making processes within enterprise solutions.

 You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages used for AI/ML development.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar.
• Hands-on experience integrating Conversational AI or virtual assistant technologies.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and best practices for ML service integration into applications.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and their business applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for scalable deployment of AI/ML workloads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for model tuning, feature engineering, and performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying, preprocessing, and feature support.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentation capabilities.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML applications.
• Experience building solutions in NLP, recommendation engines, personalization systems, or intelligent automation.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer).
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks involving cross-functional delivery.
• Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and model deployment workflows.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
