Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Firmware Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C++, Python, and PCIe technologies. The ideal candidate will develop, debug, validate, and optimize low-level firmware for complex hardware systems, working closely with hardware, validation, and systems engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain firmware using modern C/C++ for embedded and hardware platforms.
Develop Python-based automation, validation, and diagnostic tools for firmware and hardware testing.
Work extensively with PCIe protocols, interfaces, enumeration, configuration, and debugging.
Develop and debug low-level firmware interacting with hardware components and peripherals.
Perform firmware bring-up, integration, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
Analyze hardware/firmware issues using JTAG, debuggers, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
Develop test frameworks and automated validation scripts using Python.
Collaborate with hardware, ASIC, validation, and system engineers during product development.
Troubleshoot issues related to PCIe connectivity, performance, enumeration, interrupts, and device configuration.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and firmware architecture discussions.
Support system-level integration, firmware releases, and production readiness.
Document technical specifications, test results, defects, and debugging findings.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ firmware development.
Strong Python programming and scripting experience.
Solid understanding of PCIe architecture and protocol.
Experience with firmware development for embedded or hardware-centric systems.
