Le/la Directeur, Gestion de la croissance du revenu de la marque (RGM), joue un rle cl dans la stimulation d?une croissance rentable en soutenant le dveloppement et l?excution des stratgies de prix, de promotion et de portefeuille pour les marques assignes.

Ce rle est fortement ax sur l?analyse et la collaboration interfonctionnelle, agissant comme un partenaire cl pour les quipes Marketing, Ventes, Finances et RGM des canaux. En plus de contribuer aux processus RGM de base, le rle dirige galement la gouvernance lie l?innovation (processus NPI) et veille la solidit des apports financiers et commerciaux dans les dcisions d?affaires.

Responsabilits principales

Innovation et portefeuille (Responsable)

  • Diriger les contributions RGM aux processus d?innovation interfonctionnels (NPI) et aux runions de catgorie
  • Assurer l?alignement sur les hypothses de volume, de prix et de marge pour les lancements de nouveaux produits
  • Soutenir la livraison des initiatives d?innovation dans les dlais et conformment aux objectifs financiers
  • Suivre la performance post-lancement et identifier les carts par rapport au plan
  • Soutenir l?optimisation du portefeuille et les recommandations de fin de vie (EOL)

Prix, promotion et performance (Responsable)

  • Surveiller les prix concurrentiels et les activits promotionnelles; identifier les risques et opportunits
  • Soutenir l?excution des stratgies de prix et de l?architecture prix-format
  • Analyser l?efficacit des promotions et recommander des amliorations

Analyses d?affaires et suivi de la performance (Responsable)

  • Diriger les revues mensuelles de catgorie et d?affaires avec des recommandations concrtes
  • Analyser les moteurs de revenus, de volume et de marge
  • Suivre les indicateurs cls de performance RGM et mettre en vidence les carts par rapport aux objectifs

Planification financire et prvisions (Support)

  • Contribuer la planification commerciale annuelle (ACP) et au plan oprationnel annuel (AOP)
  • Soutenir les prvisions (volume, promotions, donnes financires)
  • Participer au suivi et l?optimisation des dpenses commerciales

Soutien aux ventes et l?excution commerciale (Support)

  • Collaborer avec les quipes Ventes et RGM des canaux pour soutenir l?excution des stratgies de prix et de promotion
  • Fournir des analyses pour la planification client et les dcisions au niveau des SKU
  • Soutenir la prparation d?analyses et de supports pour les discussions commerciales

Rapports et collaboration interfonctionnelle

  • Dvelopper et maintenir des tableaux de bord, des outils de suivi et des outils RGM
  • Assurer l?exactitude et la ponctualit des analyses
  • Collaborer avec les quipes Marketing, Ventes, Finances et Approvisionnement

Requirements:

  • Baccalaurat en commerce, finance, conomie, marketing ou domaine connexe
  • 3 6 ans d?exprience en RGM, finance commerciale, stratgie des ventes ou analytique marketing
  • Exprience dans les biens de consommation (CPG) ou industrie similaire, un atout

Rmunration globale:
  • CAD$ $95,300 - $124,850 annuel.

Exigences:

The Manager, Brand Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by supporting the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies across assigned brands.

This role is highly analytical and cross-functional, acting as a key partner to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Channel RGM teams. While contributing broadly to core RGM processes, the role also leads innovation-related governance (NPI processes) and ensures robust financial and commercial inputs into business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Portfolio (Lead)

  • Lead RGM input into cross-functional innovation (NPI) processes and category meetings
  • Ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and margin assumptions for new product launches
  • Support delivery of innovation initiatives on time and in line with financial targets
  • Track post-launch performance and identify gaps vs. plan
  • Support portfolio optimization and end-of-life (EOL) recommendations

Pricing, Promotion & Performance (Lead)

  • Monitor competitive pricing and promotional activity; identify risks and opportunities
  • Support execution of pricing strategies and price-pack architecture
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements

Business Insights & Performance Tracking (Lead)

  • Lead monthly category and business reviews with actionable insights
  • Analyze revenue, volume, and margin performance drivers
  • Track RGM KPIs and highlight gaps vs. targets

Financial Planning & Forecasting (Support)

  • Contribute to the Annual Commercial Planning (ACP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Support forecasting (volume, promotions, financials)
  • Assist in trade spend tracking and optimization

Sales & Commercial Execution Support (Support)

  • Partner with Sales and Channel RGM teams to support pricing and promotion execution
  • Provide analytical inputs for customer planning and SKU-level decisions
  • Support preparation of insights and materials for commercial discussions

Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and RGM tools
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of analyses
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 3?6 years of experience in RGM, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, or Marketing Analytics
  • CPG or similar industry experience preferred
