Coordinate business stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, architects, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors.

Track project scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

Facilitate project governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, status updates, and steering committee discussions.
Coordinate requirements workshops, solution design reviews, configuration and development activities, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.

Ensure appropriate documentation, approvals, change management, release readiness, and operational handover.

Monitor project progress, proactively escalate delivery risks, and drive resolution of blockers and dependencies.

Ensure implementation deliverables meet business requirements, security standards, and organizational governance expectations.
