- Associate s degree or equivalent experience 2 4 years of manufacturing production leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Expertise in production planning and workflow optimization
- Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, and MES systems Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain operations
- Familiarity with automation technologies Proven ability to define, track, and improve KPIs Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Strong root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Knowledge of OSHA, EHS, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
