Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled PBCS Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solution.
Experience: 10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PBCS applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Build and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and data models
- Develop business rules (Groovy), calc scripts, and allocations
- Design and manage forms, dashboards, and Smart View templates
- Integrate data using Data Management / FDMEE / REST APIs
- Perform system enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Support UAT, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience with Oracle PBCS / EPBCS
- Expertise in Planning business rules, Groovy scripting, and calc logic
- Hands-on experience with Data Management, Smart View, and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of financial planning processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, CapEx, Workforce)
- Experience with integrations and data loads
- Strong SQL / Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with FCCS /ARCS /TRCS Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
- Exposure to OCI, REST APIs, or automation scripting
- Prior finance or FP&A background
Nice to Have - Agile/Scrum experience
- Multi-currency and multi-entity planning experience
- Performance optimization and large-model handling
