Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled PBCS Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solution.
Experience: 10 years

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop PBCS applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Build and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and data models
Develop business rules (Groovy), calc scripts, and allocations
Design and manage forms, dashboards, and Smart View templates
Integrate data using Data Management / FDMEE / REST APIs
Perform system enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Support UAT, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Maintain documentation and follow best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Oracle PBCS / EPBCS
Expertise in Planning business rules, Groovy scripting, and calc logic
Hands-on experience with Data Management, Smart View, and Financial Reporting
Knowledge of financial planning processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, CapEx, Workforce)
Experience with integrations and data loads
Strong SQL / Excel skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FCCS /ARCS /TRCS Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
Exposure to OCI, REST APIs, or automation scripting
Prior finance or FP&A background

Nice to Have
Agile/Scrum experience
Multi-currency and multi-entity planning experience
Performance optimization and large-model handling
