Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer for a long-term W2 opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience building scalable web applications, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required Skills:
6 8 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong knowledge of Ruby programming language
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Knowledge of Docker / Containerization
CI/CD pipeline experience
Exposure to front-end frameworks (React or Angular)
