 Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform.
Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionality.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience coordinating with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and requirements validation.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
