Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to translate client's sales enablement vision into buildable functional requirements, data definitions, prioritized backlog, and delivery increments.

The role will work across client's business stakeholders, experience design, architecture/data teams, and technology delivery partners to ensure functional decisions are clear, actionable, and aligned to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate experience vision into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, release plan, PI planning, and increment definition.
• Define functional data requirements and support the Financial Services Cloud data model, including entities, relationships, hierarchies, entitlements, and data quality needs.
• Partner with business and data teams to define signal taxonomy, prioritization, and freshness rules for sales users.
• Work closely with experience/design teams to validate functional assumptions through prototyping and representative data.
• Bridge business, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams to resolve dependencies and drive decisions.
• Define measurable product outcomes across adoption, productivity, quality, and business value.
• Support delivery across Advisor and Institutional sales experiences in a regulated financial-services environment.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Product Management / Functional Product experience, preferably in Asset or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution and sales enablement journeys, including lead management, client 360, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including standard/custom objects, workflows, permissions, and platform capabilities.
• Strong experience in functional and logical data modelling, entity definition, MDM concepts, data quality, lineage, and entitlements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Experience working within Agile / SAFe delivery models, including PI planning and functional acceptance.
• Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders, architects, designers, data teams, and engineering partners.

Preferred

• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and Agentforce experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic solutions within financial services.
• Experience with headless/composable architectures and reusable services across multiple channels.
• Experience delivering products where data architecture and quality are still evolving.
